Collections Copilot connects QuickBooks invoices with Gmail, so I can see what is outstanding and what the customer already said in one place.

It drafts the next follow-up with the invoice details included. I edit the recipients and message and confirm the email before it sends through Gmail. Disputes and payment promises stay with the invoice.
